Information: Registration and Rental

• Summer rentals take place on a minimum length of stay of one month.
• Register here!
• You will receive a reservation statement which will include all necessary information.
• Summer rentals require a security deposit of one month’s dormitory fee.
• The monthly rent for regular residents is the same as published on our current pricelist.
• If you stay only during the summer with us the prices are:
  • if you stay 2 month or more: prices of the current pricelist + 5,00 €/month
  • if you stay only 1 month: prices of the current pricelist + 10,00 €/month
• Once payment has been received, your reservation will be confirmed.

*In Innsbruck Technikerstraße and Graz Leechgasse there are no summer rentals in September available.
