How to report a damage in a home4students dormitory

Whether it’s in your room, in the hallway or in the kitchen – if there is a defect or something is damaged in your dormitory, please report it to us. We would like to repair it as quickly as possible.

You just have to inform your dormitory administrator:

1. Either personally during office hours or simply by writing an email.
2. Please describe in detail what kind of damage happened and also in which room you saw it.
