1. Vienna home4students Indoor Soccer Cup

On Wednesday March 12 2008, the first home4students Indoor-Soccer Cup took place at the Soccerdome.
Within shortest time, the very committed students’ representatives of the dormitories Boltzmanngasse and Führichgasse formed each one team, the dormitory Sensengasse formed two teams.
At 0700 pm the battle began. The supporters screamed their mind to the heavens. Each team played twice against the other team within the tournament grid. Each team had to play 6 matches. Every match lasted 10 min.
The outstanding winner, with 5 won matches and one tie was the team Boltzmanngasse, ahead of Führichgasse with 3 won matches and one tie. Third was the team Sensengasse I due to the better goal difference ahead of Sensengasse II. Both teams listed one victory and one tie.
In the well-equipped soccer hall, great matches at a high level were played.
After the exhausting matches, relaxing time with water and beer was on the schedule. The 40cm high challenge cup, donated by Unisport Wien, was given to the dormitory Boltzmanngasse until the next tournament.
All 22 players and their fans had great fun and look forward to the 2nd home4students indoor soccer cup. The representatives already announced more participants and teams for the next battle.
