How can I extend my contract?
(Attention, if you are living in one of our SWS flats then you have to click here!)
- In order to extend your contract, two criteria must be fulfilled: proof of necessity and proof of success university attendance.
- Starting March 1st you will receive the extension contract for the next academic year at the office of your dormitory administrator. The signed copies must be handed in at your dormitory administrator’s office by the end of March.
- Following documents must be attached to the signed copies
- latest university – enrolment notification
- university report cards/certificates from the last two semester
- scholarship or grant notification or income statement of both parents as well as proof of any personal income).

- Upon successful completion of an extension application/contract renewal, the monthly dormitory fee for October will be booked from your account in April. (For Innsbruck dormitories it is the September dormitory fee.)
