The starting signal for our new construction project has been given in Klagenfurt: The first phase of the expansion of our Home4students residence Nautilusweg House B began in July. As part of the planned vertical extension, additional living space for 49 students will be created. This will expand the existing accommodation offering and enable even more students to enjoy modern and affordable home in the immediate vicinity of the University of Klagenfurt.
For the planning and implementation of the project, we are working together with experienced partners: VPB Vernetzt Planen Bauen, aap.architekten and BPS Engineering are supporting the construction project with their expertise and assisting in the realization of the residential building. Together, we are committed to forward-looking planning that meets the requirements of modern student accommodation.
The completion of the extension is scheduled for February 2027. From the summer semester 2027 onwards, the new, fully furnished single rooms will be ready for occupancy. The location remains one of THE highlights: Our student residences in Klagenfurt are located directly opposite the campus of the University of Klagenfurt and just a short distance from Wörthersee. This allows our residents to benefit from both convenient access to the university and a wide range of opportunities for relaxation and leisure activities - the perfect combination for a balanced student lifestyle.
The university itself is also continuing to develop: The campus of the University of Klagenfurt will undergo extensive expansion and modernization over the coming years. The extension of our student residence complements this positive development and creates additional space for students who want to study and live in Klagenfurt.
