When looking for the perfect accomodation for your summer-plans, the single-rooms in our dormitories are the first choice: fully equipped, instantly ready for moving in and inexpensive.

Student residences for the summer months
During the summer months, we offer free places in our dormitories, mostly from July to August. In Vienna you even have the possibility to choose between ten different student residences, located at some of the city’s most interesting places.

Information: Registration and Rental
Summer rentals take place on a minimum length of stay of one month.
You will receive a reservation statement which will include all necessary Information.
The monthly rent for regular residents is the same as published on our current pricelist.
For guests: If you stay only during the summer with us the price is: price of the current pricelist, security deposit of one month’s dormitory fee plus € 30,- final cleaning and € 30,- administration costs.
