After a long day of studying, you can let off steam in the fitness room. The residence also features a terrace, a music room, and a party room.
The Karl-Franzens-University is located right next to the residence – so even if you oversleep, you’ll be on campus in no time. The city center of Graz is also within perfect reach – just a few minutes on foot. After-study drinks are basically a must!

Rooms
In our modern student residence in Leechgasse there are only single rooms. The bathroom, toilet and usually the kitchen are in the room or are shared with the other flatmates in the shared flats (2, 3 or 4 person units). A few rooms share a shared kitchen. Some rooms are equipped with a loft-bed level.
