We thought about postponing for a while, but after the long-term planning we decided to give it a go. After all there are only Austrian businesses involved. When they want to work, we want to work (on it) too.
From now on the dormitory in the 2nd district in Vienna will be redeveloped. One year later – in September/October 2021 – we will welcome our new residents.
Soon there will be 122 light and friendly single rooms with bathroom and a small kitchen.
A lot of community rooms are waiting to be explored. Every resident can also use our community garden.
The residence has a central location: near the Danube Canal and the Karmelitermarkt (market). The metro (U1 and U2) are 5 minutes away, the inner-city is just a walk over the Danube Canal.
